What is ROAM? Your rental co-pilot, and how booking works

ROAM is an airport car rental guide. We explain how pickup works at major airports, what each car class really means, and what your specific car is like before you get behind the wheel. We start with Las Vegas (LAS) and also cover LAX, MIA, MCO, DEN, PHX, JFK and DFW.
The ROAM co-pilot is a free assistant focused only on rental cars. Ask it which class fits your luggage, how to find the rental center, what “or similar” means, how to open the fuel door, or how to connect Apple CarPlay. No account is needed. It deliberately sticks to rental cars, airports and your driving trip, so answers stay focused and useful.
My Car lets you look up the exact 2026–2027 make and model you were given — with photos, seats, luggage space, fuel economy, phone connectivity and practical tips — so the car feels familiar before you leave the garage.
How booking works. ROAM does not take reservations or payments. When you are ready to book, our “Book on Booking.com” links take you to Booking.com, where you can compare live prices and availability from rental companies and complete your booking with them. ROAM may earn a commission if you book through these links, at no extra cost to you.
Because your reservation is made on Booking.com, any changes, cancellations or questions about your booking are handled by Booking.com and the rental company — not by ROAM. Always check your confirmation for the exact pickup instructions, deposit and fuel policy.
Remember that rental companies guarantee a car class, not a specific model. That is why ROAM explains classes and examples: so whatever car you are handed, you know what to expect.
