About

Effective September 18, 2026

Privacy, in plain language.

ROAM is built to make airport rentals easier, not to build an advertising profile about you.

What ROAM collects

Rental searches include the airport, dates, and times you choose. A reservation request includes the driver name, email, phone number, selected vehicle class, extras, and quoted price. If you create an optional account, we store your sign-in identifier and saved co-pilot conversation.

Location

ROAM asks for location only when you choose a nearby fuel, charging, or navigation feature. Your precise location is used to answer that request and is not stored by ROAM or sold.

Co-pilot

Questions you send to the co-pilot are processed to produce an answer. Anonymous conversations are not saved to an account. Signed-in conversations are stored so you can return to them and can be deleted with your account.

Rental partners

Live searches and booking requests may be shared with Booking.com and the rental supplier shown in the offer. Their terms and privacy practices apply to the reservation they fulfill. When live inventory is unavailable, ROAM labels estimated rates as indicative and does not present them as a confirmed booking.

Service providers

ROAM uses trusted providers for hosting, authentication, maps, weather, vehicle information, and AI assistance. We share only the information needed to operate the feature you request.

Your choices

You may use search, Airport Guides, My Car, and the co-pilot without an account. You can sign out or permanently delete an optional account from Account. Account deletion removes saved co-pilot messages and account-linked data.

Retention and security

Reservation records are retained as needed to support the request, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Children

ROAM is designed for adults arranging airport car rentals and is not directed to children under 13.

Questions about this policy can be sent through ROAM Support.
