ROAM’s role

ROAM helps travelers search and understand airport rental options. The rental supplier shown in a live offer provides the vehicle and controls availability, eligibility, deposits, payment, cancellation, and the final rental agreement.

Live offers and indicative rates

Offers marked Live partner pricing are based on partner availability at the time shown. Offers marked Indicative rates are planning estimates only and are not reservations. Prices, taxes, fees, vehicle class, and availability can change until the fulfilling supplier confirms them.

Vehicle examples

Rental companies generally guarantee a vehicle class, not a specific make, model, year, trim, feature, or color. Detailed My Car profiles explain a vehicle you identify after pickup; they do not promise that model as part of an offer.

Booking and payment

Before completing a live booking, review the named supplier’s rental terms, cancellation policy, driver requirements, payment timing, deposit, mileage, fuel, and geographic restrictions. Any payment for the real-world rental is for a service consumed outside this app.

Affiliate links

Some ROAM links lead to Booking.com through an affiliate link. ROAM may earn a commission if you book there. ROAM does not show live inventory or complete bookings on this website; Booking.com and the rental supplier control the prices, availability, booking, payment, and rental terms you see after leaving ROAM.

Guidance

Vehicle, route, weather, fuel, charging, and co-pilot information is provided for convenience. Check the vehicle, road signs, official weather alerts, owner’s manual, and supplier instructions. Never use ROAM while driving.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or provide false information in a reservation request.

Availability

Live services require a network connection and may be interrupted. ROAM may update or discontinue features and will work to present failures clearly.
