For MCO rental car pickup, check your arrival terminal and supplier’s instructions before heading to a counter or garage.

You’ve collected your bags at Orlando International Airport, and now you need to find the car—not take your luggage on a bonus airport tour. The useful starting point for MCO rental car pickup is your terminal: rental counters are listed on Level 1 in Terminals A and B and Level 4 in Terminal C. Check your supplier’s pickup instructions before you start walking.
Avis confirms those counter locations on its official MCO page. If you’re renting from Avis, that gives you a straightforward destination in each terminal. If you’ve booked another company, use these locations as an orientation point, then verify the route with that company rather than assuming every reservation follows the same process.
Before your flight, save the pickup instructions somewhere you can open easily on your phone. Look for the rental company, the exact pickup location and whether you’re supposed to visit a counter first. If the location is unclear, ask the supplier: “Is my pickup at an airport terminal, or do I need transportation to another location?”
Once you arrive, confirm which terminal you’re actually in before choosing a floor. A screenshot of directions for Terminal A won’t be much help if you’re standing in Terminal C. If the signs and your reservation instructions seem to disagree, ask an airport information desk for directions or contact the rental company before moving between terminals.
The airport rental guide lists car collection in the adjacent garages for its listed on-airport companies. Treat the counter and the vehicle collection area as separate destinations: unless your supplier has told you to go directly to the car, confirm your next stop before heading into a garage. Ask which garage and collection area you need, and keep that information handy.
Landing late? Avis lists its MCO location as open 24 hours, but that listing shouldn’t be treated as proof that every supplier or individual terminal counter follows the same schedule. Confirm your company’s late-arrival instructions before departure, including whom to contact if your flight is delayed. A saved pickup route and contact number are more useful than a guessed walk across the airport.
