You’ve got a rental confirmation, but there’s one detail you need cleared up before pickup. To contact your Las Vegas airport rental counter, start with the rental company’s LAS location page—not an airport lost-and-found number. Hertz, Enterprise and Avis each publish a contact number for their Harry Reid airport location.

Before you call, check the supplier name and pickup location on your confirmation. The airport’s Rent-A-Car Center is at 7135 Gilespie Street, three miles south of the airport, and all three locations below list that address. Compare the address as well as the brand so you’re asking about the right branch.

For Hertz at LAS, the location-listed number is +1 702-262-7700. Its official page lists the branch as open 24 hours daily. Have your pickup date and time handy, then ask your specific question—for example, whether a detail on your confirmation needs clarification before you arrive. Published opening hours don’t guarantee an immediate phone answer.

For Enterprise at LAS, the listed number is +1 833-315-5901. Its location page directs arriving renters to take the airport shuttle to the rental facility and meet staff at the Enterprise counter for their agreement and keys. If you’re unsure about a pickup requirement, ask about your particular reservation rather than assuming another Enterprise branch follows the same arrangements.

For Avis at LAS, the listed number is +1 702-531-1500. The official location page lists the branch as open 24 hours daily. It also publishes location-specific rental conditions, so this is a useful contact to save if you need clarification about whether those conditions fit your planned rental.

Keep the airport’s lost-property contacts separate. Its rental-car page lists 702-261-6001 for items lost in public areas such as the lobby and curbs, and 702-261-6630 for items lost on shuttle buses. Those numbers serve a different purpose from a supplier’s rental-location contact; they aren’t the starting point for a question about your reservation.

Make the call easier by having your confirmation number, renter name, pickup time and a screenshot of the detail you’re asking about. Write down the answer and ask where you can find it in the applicable terms. If you booked through Booking.com and need booking help, use the support details on that confirmation.
