You’ve landed, collected your bags and booked Enterprise—but should you call for a ride to the counter? Enterprise pickup at ATL doesn’t include the branch’s pickup service. This airport location specifically lists that service as unavailable and directs arriving renters to the SkyTrain instead.
Your destination is the consolidated Rental Car Center, a separate facility from the passenger terminals. Don’t plan to walk there: Atlanta’s airport rental guide says you can’t walk to the center from the terminals and identifies the free ATL SkyTrain as the connection.
Enterprise’s published arrival instructions are straightforward: after collecting your luggage, follow the Ground Transportation signs to the SkyTrain, then take it to the second stop for the Rental Car Center. Keep your reservation confirmation handy so you can check the branch details before heading over.
Once you reach the center, Enterprise directs you down the escalator to the second level, where its counter issues your rental agreement. The branch also lists self-service kiosks, but don’t assume that guarantees you can skip staff assistance; follow the instructions attached to your reservation.
If you’re arriving at the International Terminal, need a step-free route or can’t find the SkyTrain signs, ask airport staff for the appropriate connection before moving between buildings. Enterprise’s supplied arrival directions don’t explain those situations in detail. For branch-specific questions, its listed number is +1 833-315-5894.
Before flying, save your confirmation and the airport branch’s address: 2200 Rental Car Cntr Pkwy 2210, College Park, GA 30337. Check that your reservation names the ATL airport location rather than another Atlanta branch. The useful distinction is simple: you’re going to the rental counter, not waiting for an Enterprise pickup van.
